- S - Height 156-170cm / Weight 42.5-60kg
- M - Height 165-175cm / Weight 55-70kg
- L - Height 170-185cm / Weight 65-80kg
- XL - Height 175-195cm / Weight 80-105kg
If you plan to wear thick mid-layers, consider sizing up.
